Service Description

Jungian coaching is a depth psychology inspired approach that focuses on the client's "psyche" or "soul". Through this lens we tune into "the guide within" and move toward individuation and wholeness. This is unique to other modalities in which the ego desire is the primary need attended to. Jungian coaching uses concepts like archetypes, myth, dreams, the shadow, persona, triggers, and symbolism to bring light to the unconscious parts of the Self. The goal is to help individuals reconnect with their innate purpose and inner wisdom. Sessions are 50 minutes, one time a week. The rate is $150/session with a limited number of reduced fee seats available. Please follow the "Request to book" prompt for a free 15-minute intake.
